Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item, providing it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note: Due to the delicate nature of wax melts, we cannot accept returns solely for items that may have snapped during transit. While we take great care in packaging all of our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, wax melts can occasionally break due to handling in transit. This does not affect their quality or use. If your order is damaged or defective, please refer to the "Faulty or Damaged Items" section below.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
