About Our Products

Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! All of our products are made using pure essential oils, natural waxes, and non-toxic ingredients. We avoid synthetic fragrances, paraffin wax, and harmful chemicals to ensure a safe and healthy home environment.

What type of wax do you use?
We use a sustainable blend of rapeseed and coconut wax. It’s completely free from paraffin, soy, and palm oil, making it an eco-friendly and clean-burning choice.

Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes! Our products are free from toxins and harsh chemicals, making them safer for homes with children and pets. However, we always recommend keeping candles and diffusers out of reach and ensuring good ventilation when using essential oils around pets.

Do your candles contain synthetic fragrances?
No. We only use pure essential oils in our candles, wax melts, and room sprays. This means our scents are not only beautiful but also offer therapeutic benefits.

Why do your candles have a more subtle scent than synthetic candles?
Because we use essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance oils, our scents are naturally softer but more beneficial for your wellbeing. Synthetic fragrances often contain chemicals designed to make them stronger and longer-lasting, but they can be harmful to breathe in.

How can I make my candle scent stronger?
For a stronger scent, allow your candle to create a full melt pool (where the entire top layer of wax is melted) before blowing it out. This helps the scent disperse better. You can also try using multiple candles in larger rooms.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 3-5 days.

Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we ship within the UK. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at [your email] with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Product Care & Usage

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
To maximise your candle’s lifespan and scent throw:

• Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.

• Let the wax melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunnelling.

• Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

How should I use wax melts?
Simply place a wax melt in a wax warmer or burner, light an unscented tealight underneath, and enjoy the aroma as the wax gently melts. Do not add water or overfill the dish. We recommend our Rapeseed wax tealights for a completely clean melting experience. 

Are your diffusers safe to use around pets?
Many essential oils can be safe for pets in well-ventilated spaces, but some are not recommended for direct exposure. If you have pets, ensure they have the option to leave the room and never apply essential oils directly to them.

Sustainability & Ethics

How sustainable are your products?
We are committed to sustainability. Our wax is eco-friendly, our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable, and we plant a tree with every sale to help reduce our carbon footprint.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, and we never test on animals.

Do you offer refills?
We are working on a refill program for some of our products to further reduce waste. Stay tuned for updates!
